Martin,

Using hypnotic language to help your SR's to 'focus on success' or even 'focus on more success' seems a great objective for hypnotic language......

I'd also suggest you read 'Yes! 50 secrets from the science of persuasion' by Noah J. Goldstein PhD, Steve J. Martin and Robert B. Cialdini PhD.

NLP Experts - Books - Yes! 50 Secrets from the Science of Persuasion

It builds on Roberts Cialdini original influence book which lists six universal principles of social influence: reciprocation, authority, commitment/consistency, scarcity, liking and social proof.

The book comes up with 50 tips based on research related to these principles. Although they're fairly basic they're a must read for anyone in sales and marketing.

And supports a lot of what we already know from NLP.
