All ideas appreciated, you will begin to see some of these topics appearing on the forum over time.....Thank you.

Torsten I had a smile at you request about how to 'install outcomes'. To me it shows a different view of what outcomes are. To me an outcome is some thing that will naturally motivate you, get you to enjoy taking action etc. If you 'have' to install it fails both these criteria.
