I will meditate on it. I have done lots of meditation and now working on "moving" meditation. We live in a world of action, so how to develop one mindedness? I treat caring for my bonsai plants and knife sharpening as meditation. If you ever get a chance, go to the fish market in Tokyo and see the masters there engage in knife sharpening. They are definitely in a trance.
