As time goes on we are all eventually learning more about health facts, from what I studied so far in the last 6 years is we need to watch what we are ingesting. I have not craved anything ever since. Write down everything you eat/drink and see for yourself where you are going wrong, you need some fruit, some vegetables/legumes, some lean meats,some whole grains every single day, ALSO over 8 cups of water between meals.
