(I'm a NLP newbie)
I'm trying to anchor my flowstate to a body movement (like for example squeece thumb and middle finger together). So I can get into my flow whenever I want by squeecing my fingers (for example in a nightclub, before I approach a girl

)
When I exercise for this I think of a situation where I was in flow and then squeece my fingers.
I wonder if what I'm doing is wrong here. You see I think of a situation where I was in flow, but I don't get in flow by thinking about it. In my mind I see pictures of situation I was in flow, and also hear the sound related to those pictures (I guess it's called
visualization).
So I wonder if this exercise to be effective I need to come in flow each time I exercise it?
