Is there anyone here on the board who considers themselves to be really good with anchoring? Is so, I'm very curious to hear how you you went from the point where you learned the basic principles to the point where you could apply it really effectively.

Sure the obvious answer is probably "practice," but then I'd ask "how specifically?"

I just got back from seeing Bandler in Mexico and I was noticing how much anchoring he was doing (and thining there was probably a lot that I wasn't noticing). thinkiing it might be time to strengthen those skills...

Also, has anyone seen Bandler himselfteaching this? Any special tips? Any video out there of him teaching it?
