Wii Fit by Nintento

The day the Wii Fit was released in the UK my daughter rang me up and told me that they were available and in stock. So (as I need some encouragement to get a bit fitter) I dutifully bought one. And I'm incredibly impressed - its far better than I ever imagined.

Have a read of the Amazon reviews in our experts store (although be aware you may be able to buy it for £69 in Argos - if they've stock left.

Wii fit - Still really impressed!

Some thoughts:

Wii Fit £70
3 Years gym membership @ £30 per month £1080!

If you consider the Wii fit is an extension to a games machine (and not a sophisticated bit of gym/health equipment), it's really good.

Who will like it

Someone who wants to:

Be encoured to excercise regularly
Improve their balance
Attain or maintain a healthy weight

Who won't like it

Someone who:

Doesn't like being continually reminded that they're overweight
Likes more extreme exercise
Doesn't want to excercise

Summary thought

The Wii fit will enable a large number of people to improve their health and fitness.
