Torsten I had a smile at you request about how to 'install outcomes'. To me it shows a different view of what outcomes are. To me an outcome is some thing that will naturally motivate you, get you to enjoy taking action etc. If you 'have' to install it fails both these criteria.

That you genuinely ask for what you want

That we build up a significant resource of NLP related and other ideas that will help people achieve their objectives. What works will depend on our particular context - however the more ideas and choices we have, the more likely we are to find something that works for us individually.

That the site is corporate friendly, but not polically correct. Political correctness tends to stop learning dead in its tracks. And I'm into learning.

The site is about ideas and learning, followed much later by self promotion.

What are the best strategies to teach someone the business side of NLP?
How does one go from entry level to running a coaching business or therapy practice? There seems to be less information on the therapy business side of the information highway.

Thoughts.....

Not sure you can 'teach' NLP in the sense that subjects are 'taught' in school, what you can do is create an environment where it's easy and fun for people to learn and explore what it's about.

The basis of NLP is modelling, so if anyone wants to become a coach or therapist a good starting point is to find someone who has already done so and find out what they did / are doing. And most of the podcasts on this site are from people that are running NLP / coaching / consulting businesses.

Start! The only way to become really good is through modelling and practice, so if someone wants to be a good coach one of their first challenges is to find some clients.......
