What interests me is making it work. I've been on other boards where there's a lot of talk about theory and abstractions. Little or nothing about the nitty gritty of working with real clients and helping them make to the changes for themselves that stick. That's what I'm most looking forward to seeing here.

A question for Michael (I don't know if it's actually answerable at this point, but can't hurt to ask): what do you see this board offering that's not happening on alt.psychology.nlp or other private boards? What is the draw going to be that keeps people involved and coming back?

Thanks for the comment and question

I can answer what I see this site offering, some is under my control some isn't.

To me NLP is about what works. One of things I like about Richard Bandler's approach to NLP is that he test things enthusiastically and rigorously until they either work or he knows where to go next. And often knowing specifically what doesn't work is a starting point for where to go next.

I can see and develop an improving structure to the site, interviews and strategies from people who achieve results and share my own personal experience. However I'm aware that the real value will come from other that are prepared to contribute.

In the end the draw will be people who are prepared to contribute.

And contribution often starts by asking questions.
