Liam Beale - introduction
Hello there,
I'm Liam Beale, and I'm a 21 year old student of martial arts at the university of Derby Buxton, or more accurately I'm taking part in a combined honours degree in 'martial arts philosophy and coaching' and 'strength and conditioning'. So I'm happy to answer any questions that people have on martial arts or on health and fitness.
I've also lived in China where I studied traditional Gong Fu with shaolin monks, and am later planning to return there next may after my graduation to study film-making and more martial arts.
I have interests in music making and film-making, and am planning to have finished my first short martial arts film by next May.

Hi,
I’m Sue, a Professional Facilitator who has been working with teams, in one guise or another, for over 25 years and who has facilitated in excess of 1,000 workshops. It was Sir Winston Churchill who once said “a pessimist sees the difficulty in every opportunity and an optimist sees the opportunity in every difficulty”. Facilitation is about focusing on what can be achieved and at its heart shares the fundamental NLP principle that the individual has the resources they need to achieve great results, they just need the tools (Facilitator interventions) to unlock these resources.
Working with so many diverse teams, both in the UK and internationally, I am always amazed at the energy, creativity and enthusiasm of groups and their ability to dig deep within themselves, to find the solutions required, to deliver outstanding results. With the pace of change ever increasing, my personal values embrace the requirement for employee collaboration during organisational change, which will achieve a win-win scenarios for all stakeholders and ensure employee psychological well being.

Brian Mahoney Intro
Hi Everyone,
Brian Mahoney here - Boston Hypnosis over here in the State. Full-time hypnotherapist/NLP person doing work with clients on wide range of issues - fears, compulsions, motivation, confidence, health issues, etc. etc. I've been practicing since '03.
While I've trained with pretty much all the big NLP/Ericksonsian names (Grinder, Bandler, Dilts, James, Gilligan, etc), most of the work I do is rooted in Elman-style regression with a bit of Tad James timeline thrown in.
Let the discussions begin....

Hello from Ryan Nagy
I have just joined and I am looking forward to future conversations.
On the internet, I work with businesses looking to improve their search engine rankings and bring more targeted visitors to their websites. However, traffic does not always increase sales and income, so a strategy for increasing conversions is often usefull as well.
As an example, I am currently working with change management consultant who has recently published a book. His website is well-designed and is getting more traffic with my help. But the 'magic' (if you will) is coming as I help him design a simple and clear path for his users to buy the book.

Mary Gregory
Hello, I'm Mary Gregory and I'm a Change Agent and Executive Coach. I particularly like to work with leaders and their teams who are dealing with complex change, conflict or who want to create a compelling future and really get aligned together to make their vision happen. More recently I have started supervising other coaches to help them extend their practice and the impact they have with their clients, which is something I really love to do.
In my free time I love spending time with my daughter and family, enjoying travelling, and anything that involves us being out in the fresh air. I love scuba diving and this year hope to qualify as a Dive Master.

Hello, I have recently completed NLP Practitioner training and run an academic performance coaching and tutoring business.
From my background teaching and tutoring secondary age students, I want to introduce many of the techniques and tools of NLP into my work. My particular interest is specific interventions that can assist with learning difficulties, examination underperformance, and general school-related motivation problems. NLP's influence and use within education is a massively expanding field, and it is likely to be even more so in the next ten years. My interest extends both to tutorial based, one-on-one interventions with individual students, as well as to whole school level and teacher-class level interactions.
I would welcome any contact from members who have any views or experiences that may be relevant to these issues.
