Default What is Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP)?

What's your favorite description of NLP? Where in on web do you find it described best?

I like to describe NLP an an exploration of effective thinking, communication and change leading to to an improvement, an amplification of the skills that you have now. In addition, through modelling it gives you the opportunity to develop totally new skills. And as a part of both the above an opportunity remove any blocks that are holiding you back.

You choose what you use it for, however for me its about achieving results, increaing personal freedom and enjoying life.

My favorite web description and history is from Wikipedia: Wikipedia Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP). We have a broader description on the PPI Website: What is NLP

How do you describe it? Where on the web are the best descriptions?
